KRISTINA GARZA CASSIDY, founder
Since 2011, Kristina has been planning and managing high profile corporate and special events such as product launches, fashion shows and concerts for the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour and Ralph Lauren. Kristina also spent two seasons in the hospitality department at one of New York's baseball clubs, assisting with the planning of private dinners, building specialty menus and creating a food tour for NYC bloggers.
It was after the experience of planning her own destination wedding in 2015 that inspired her to found The Event Refinery. She understands first-hand that sometimes things don't go as planned and it is important to have a planner who acts as a true partner and extension of you so that the months of planning and hard work turn into a beautiful and seamless event. Kristina utilizes her many years in the event management space to provide a simplified planning experience and an expertly managed day.
Kristina is a California Girl residing on the Upper West Side in NYC with her husband and their two children.
*"Let's Do This!" Is the only thing Kristina remembers hearing her husband say during his marriage proposal.
